I’m looking for an HR leadership role where I can shape inclusive culture, strengthen employee relations, and use HR data to drive talent and performance. I want to partner with executives on workforce planning and continuous process improvement.

I’m a SHRM-CP certified HR executive with over a decade of experience across education, nonprofit, manufacturing, and tech environments. I specialize in employee relations, talent development, and HR data analysis—always with a strategic lens that helps organizations grow while supporting employee well-being. In my current role, I lead company-wide HR strategy and operations, from full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding through performance management, employee engagement, and internal investigations.

I build high-performing workplaces through clear HR systems, fair and consistent practices, and strong compliance habits. I oversee HRIS data and payroll inputs, manage benefits administration and FMLA/LOA processing, and coordinate training and audits aligned with labor laws and safety/GMP/ISO expectations. Earlier, as Director of Human Resources, I led culture and DEIA initiatives, advised leaders on recruiting and employee relations, and partnered closely with executives on change management; before that, I supported K–8 staffing and workforce planning at Indianapolis Public Schools by analyzing HR metrics like turnover and absenteeism.
