What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Help Desk or IT Support Specialist role where I can troubleshoot user issues, expand into IT operations, and grow my cybersecurity skills.

I've built and deployed an isolated multi-node virtual lab using Oracle VM VirtualBox, Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, Windows 11, and Kali Linux. I configured domain joins, static IP addressing, cross-platform connectivity, Active Directory enumeration, and network port scanning.

My hands-on work includes assembling a custom desktop PC, managing BIOS/UEFI settings, storage partitioning, driver installation, and resolving hardware, thermal, display, Bluetooth, DNS, and IP assignment issues. I use CLI diagnostic tools including ipconfig, ping, nslookup, netstat, and tracert, while documenting Help Desk resolutions.
