My hands-on troubleshooting includes password resets, account access, domain logins, DNS, authentication, and NTFS/share permissions using tools such as ipconfig, nslookup, gpresult, and PowerShell. At Amazon, I investigated product issues, maintained inventory records, and handled high volumes of data with close attention to detail. I'm seeking an entry-level Help Desk, IT Support, or Service Desk role.
