What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT support, help desk, desktop support, junior SOC, or IAM role in Portland or remotely where I can troubleshoot issues, support users, document processes, and grow my cybersecurity and infrastructure skills.

I'm building practical IT and cybersecurity support skills through Eastern Oregon University's Cybersecurity program, where I've worked with Linux, Windows, virtual machines, TCP/IP, subnetting, and identity and access management concepts.

In cybersecurity labs, I've configured isolated virtual environments, troubleshot operating system and network issues, and applied foundational SOC and access-control concepts. My retail experience strengthened my ability to resolve point-of-sale and process issues, document incidents accurately, and provide dependable customer support in fast-paced environments.
