I’m looking to lead HR and talent acquisition while strengthening day-to-day operations—bringing structured recruitment, clear performance management, and compliant HR policies to build a supportive, high-performing workplace.

I’m an HR and operations professional with 5+ years of experience supporting business operations, managing office systems, and coordinating administrative tasks and recruitment. In my current HR MANAGER role, I manage talent acquisition, oversee performance appraisals and employee development, and draft and enforce HR policies aligned with labor laws.

I also bring an operations oversight mindset—supervising daily office operations, resource allocation, and employee relations by mediating conflicts and strengthening workplace culture. Previously, I led end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, offer management) and improved hiring outcomes through recruitment analytics, while also supporting communication and marketing and gaining technical exposure through a WordPress web development internship.
