I am an entrepreneurial HR Manager with extensive experience implementing HR concepts, international strategies and HR operations across multi-company environments. I lead HR initiatives that align with business vision and operational requirements.
I have direct responsibility for about 200 employees across joint-venture and subsidiary companies, overseeing talent acquisition, succession planning, retention, compensation and benefits. I participate as a member of executive management and advise on HR tooling and process efficiency.
