What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead talent acquisition and HR partnering in international, multicultural environments, supporting workforce planning, inclusive recruitment, emergency staffing, and strong hiring outcomes.

I've led recruitment and HR operations for UNHCR, WHO, MINUSCA, FAO, and international NGOs across Africa, supporting national, international, technical, and IT-focused hiring.

At UNHCR in Goma, I coordinated end-to-end recruitment, assignments, and reassignments while supporting HR teams across five field offices. I partnered with hiring managers, tracked recruitment pipelines, and managed onboarding through offboarding support.

At WHO AFRO, I managed centralized recruitment in Stellis and contributed to the Surge Triple E emergency recruitment framework across 49 member states. My work has included workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and recruitment analytics.

I've also supported emergency workforce mobilisation and complex HR operations with MINUSCA, FAO, Action Against Hunger, Danish Refugee Council, and IRC. I bring hands-on experience with Workday, Umoja, Inspira, Stellis, PeopleSoft, and GSM, working fluently in English and professionally in French.
