Andrew Ettenhofer
@andrewettenhofer
I help entrepreneurs and sales leaders gain clarity and take action to drive revenue and disciplined growth.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and the founder of Go Grow Coaching, where I help entrepreneurs, business owners, and sales professionals grow their businesses and become more effective leaders. I focus on practical areas that directly impact results—business development and revenue growth, sales skills and pipeline development, strategic thinking and decision-making, accountability and disciplined execution, and leadership communication and emotional intelligence. My core belief is that when people get too close to the challenge, what’s needed isn’t another tactic—it’s a thoughtful conversation that brings clarity, perspective, and direction.
Before coaching, I spent many years in business development, sales leadership, marketing strategy, and operations, helping organizations generate revenue and build stronger client relationships. Today, that real-world experience shapes my coaching as practical, strategic, and grounded in the challenges leaders actually face. In addition to my work with clients, I teach Emotional Intelligence at the University of Colorado Denver Business School, facilitate peer groups and accountability programs, and design workshops focused on leadership, communication, and business growth—always with the same theme: step back, think more clearly, and take meaningful action toward what matters most to them.
