What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote role with a global SaaS company where I can lead customer success, enterprise onboarding, and implementation programs across international markets.

At TeamSnap, I manage a 50+ account SaaS portfolio and achieved 100% product adoption, 99% retention, and a 4.8/5 CSAT while onboarding 250+ customers through 500+ high-touch calls in 2025.

I've led end-to-end SaaS implementations, revenue partnerships, discovery workshops, POCs, and enterprise HR technology delivery across LATAM, Europe, and Asia. At Fluxym Canada, I generated $5.3M in S2C and P2P revenue and increased sales closure rates by 52% through tailored pre-sales presentations.

Earlier, I built and led implementation services at ADP, co-founding its BPO professional services operation and developing the team, processes, and KPIs behind enterprise client onboarding and migrations. I work fluently in English and Spanish, with B1 Italian, and I'm seeking fully remote opportunities with global SaaS companies.
