At Amerijet International Airlines, I led the implementation of ADP Celergo across Nicaragua, Trinidad & Tobago, Honduras, El Salvador, and Mexico. I owned legal registrations, banking setup, statutory requirements, vendor coordination, training, UAT, cutover, and go-live support across the five-country rollout.

I also managed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation for El Salvador and guided internal IT, operations, commercial, and finance stakeholders through multi-month adoption programs. I create user guides, training curricula, and reporting cadences that improve visibility, reduce repeated support needs, and protect continuity during transitions.

Previously at Easy Virtual Fair, I managed a 20-account enterprise portfolio and sustained an approximately 90% renewal rate through proactive relationship management, repeatable onboarding, tailored training, and real-time event support. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, PMP-certified, and focused on helping clients adopt platforms confidently and stay engaged long term.
