What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an animal welfare–focused team where I can apply zoology knowledge to educate clients, lead training, and improve operations—using my decade of team leadership, program design, and client engagement to deliver safe, positive outcomes.

I bring a background in science and zoology, and I’m eager to use that strength in a new animal caretaker, conservation, or educational role.

I’m a management & training professional with over a decade of experience leading operations, designing and facilitating educational programs, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

As Founder and Chief Administrative Officer of Metro Detroit Doula Services, I launched and managed a client-focused service business—directing operations like scheduling, budgeting, records, and compliance. I built onboarding programs, standardized workflows, and trained a team of 15+ care professionals, delivering educational workshops and classes to 400+ families with consistently high satisfaction ratings.

I also teach and mentor: I facilitated professional development workshops and in-person training for new doulas, and I delivered 20-hour professional development sessions (groups of 5–20 trainees) both in person and virtually. Across roles, I’m recognized for developing strong client relationships, team leadership, and improving service delivery through structured curriculum and assessment.
