At the National Aquarium, I directed day-to-day operations for Dolphin Discovery and managed a 12-person team, including scheduling, employee development, and a departmental budget. I also represented the department in the Dolphin Sanctuary initiative, co-developed a 20-parameter candidate evaluation framework, and presented the work at an international professional conference.
As an independent contractor for New York Aquarium, I developed a project-management toolkit for its Animal Care team. I now lead the Swansfield Elementary School PTA, coordinating programs and building systems that support continuity across its volunteer-run organization.
