What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve mission-driven programs, training, operations, and communications—turning complex needs into clear processes, useful resources, and coordinated outcomes.

At the National Animal Care & Control Association, I coordinate national education, certification, communications, and member programs for an audience of roughly 14,000 contacts. I've supported LMS and mobile-app rollouts, an API-enabled graduate-reporting workflow serving about 2,000 graduates monthly, and partnerships with organizations including ASPCA, Maddie's Fund, Best Friends, DocuPet, Merck, and Purina.

I've also built startup operations for Flutes Wine Shop and led high-volume operations, inventory, training, and guest services at Biltmore Winery. Across animal welfare, associations, startups, and disaster response, I turn ambiguous needs into practical processes, resources, and coordinated action.
