I blend data-driven instructional strategy with culture-building initiatives to create measurable growth and stronger stakeholder relationships.

At Uplift Education, I led culture and event programs that elevated staff engagement and aligned with organizational strategy, while also managing kindergarten instructional efforts to ensure student progress in phonics, writing, math, and reading.

I use assessment data to identify needs, reduce friction points, and build personalized support plans, and I coach educators to deliver consistent, high-quality instruction and customer experiences for students and families.

I also bring frontline client-service experience from veterinary care, where I managed scheduling, patient records, and assisted clinical staff, reinforcing my strengths in operational execution, communication, and client-focused service.
