Ich bin ein engagierter Call Center Agent mit umfangreicher Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung. Während meiner Zeit bei TELUS International war ich für das Projekt Jochen Schweizer verantwortlich, wo ich Kundenanfragen bearbeitete und Lösungen für individuelle Anliegen fand. Diese Rolle hat meine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gestärkt und mir ermöglicht, auch unter Druck einen professionellen Service zu bieten.
Vor meiner Tätigkeit im Call Center habe ich als Soldat bei der Bundeswehr gedient, wo ich Disziplin, Teamarbeit und taktisches Denken erlernte. Diese Fähigkeiten habe ich als Bereichsleiter in der Gastronomie weiterentwickelt, wo ich ein Team leitete, Reservierungen koordinierte und Events plante. Diese Erfahrungen haben mir gezeigt, wie wichtig eine gute Organisation und Kundenorientierung sind.
Ich strebe danach, meine Fähigkeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiter auszubauen und einen positiven Beitrag zu einem engagierten Team zu leisten.
