I’m looking for a role where I can lead B2B sales, build pipelines and partnerships from scratch, and run sales operations with CRM rigor—open to remote roles, relocation, and business travel.

I’m a Sales Team Lead with 9 years of sales experience across construction, property management, and software solutions. I build sales functions from scratch, scale teams, and lead complex B2B deals with developers, property owners, and corporate clients.

At Farsight Management, I grew the managed portfolio from 150 to 400 units in 3 years and secured a 30-villa developer contract. I also closed 70 personal contracts and contributed to 100 team contracts—while hiring, training, and coaching up to 5 sales managers.

My approach is systems-first: I optimize CRM and sales operations, control pipeline and conversion tracking, and generate partnership-driven pipelines. I set up and optimized amoCRM workflows and led tender participation for opportunities starting from USD 1M+.

In my current role, I lead sales for turnkey villa projects and construction-only scopes, generating and processing 200+ leads in one month from a self-built database without paid marketing. I enjoy international environments, strong negotiations, and using English-language communication to win high-ticket deals.
