What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can lead enterprise customer success, technical account management, onboarding, retention, and cross-functional delivery in a B2B SaaS environment.

At Method in the Madness, I managed enterprise B2B SaaS accounts from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion, including 3D configurator implementations for clients such as WeberHaus. I translated technical solutions into business value, ran QBRs and health-score processes, and brought customer feedback into product and engineering priorities.

I've also led end-to-end Agile/Scrum delivery for complex 3D projects and mentored a cross-functional team of 20. As co-founder and Operations Manager of Le Transsibérien Restaurant, I owned P&L, commercial strategy, supplier negotiations, and B2B partnerships.
