I'm seeking a fully remote role in operations, customer service, or collections. I bring experience in team leadership and process improvement and am open to management or hands-on roles. I'm a U.S. and Romanian citizen based in Romania, available for U.S. Eastern and Central business hours.

I bring 10+ years of experience across business operations, customer service, collections, and U.S. hospitality, including founding and running my own franchise.

At H2On Romania, I manage customer and revenue operations supporting 12,000+ active monthly customer accounts. I built the Cash Collection department, hired its team, and established workflows for approximately RON 2 million in receivables across 300+ business accounts. I reduced outstanding balances by 50% and cleared legacy debt. I also lead call center operations, develop procedures, and coordinate with finance, logistics, and HR.

Previously, I launched a franchise across three Romanian regions, acquiring 300+ customer accounts within six months. At Naples Grande Beach Resort in Florida, I held management roles in sales, events, and food and beverage operations.

I enjoy building teams, resolving customer issues, and making processes simpler and more effective. My tools include Excel, Odoo, Jira, and Confluence.
