I've built the brand from launch and designed customer journeys from enquiry through post-stay, maintaining 5-star service standards across Booking.com, Airbnb, and direct bookings. I focus on repeat bookings, clear communication, issue resolution, and efficient operational procedures.

Previously, I managed branch operations and sales/lettings teams at Chancellors in the UK, setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, growing the managed property portfolio, and resolving complex landlord and tenant needs.

My UK property experience with KFH, Martin & Co, Lockwood Lettings, and Wedo Accounting strengthened my skills in client relationships, negotiations, property valuations, business development, key account management, and Salesforce CRM.
