I’m a bilingual operations and client success professional with experience coordinating projects, supporting clients, and keeping day-to-day operations moving.

At Lumin, I managed client projects across multiple accounts, served as a direct point of contact for clients, and worked closely with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to solve problems and improve workflows. Working at a startup also gave me the opportunity to take on different responsibilities, learn new tools quickly, and adapt as priorities changed.

Before Lumin, I spent two years at Pax & Beneficia Coffee, where I grew from Barista to Shift Lead and eventually Store Manager. I managed scheduling, training, inventory, team operations, and customer experience in a high-volume environment.

I’m fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable working across teams, and especially enjoy roles where I can combine organization, communication, problem-solving, and customer experience.
