What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a multicultural, results-driven environment where I can lead medical market development, build strong KOL/client relationships, and open new business opportunities through strategy, events, and product/application impact.

I’m a Business Specialist focused on medical market development, growth, and measurable results. Since 2023, I’ve worked as an Equipment Services Coordinator / Spectroscopy Application Medical Representative, supporting spectroscopy application needs and staying close to customers’ technical requirements.

Before that, I served as Executive Assistant to the General Manager at SEK Bucharest International School, where I strengthened my organization and communication through budget ownership, vendor and catering coordination, customer and provider relationships, and event planning. I managed day-to-day operational details—schedules, classroom readiness, inventory, reporting, and student/teacher documentation—using tools like Google Docs, Cloud, Canva, Excel, and Paint.

In my medical business roles (Agilrom and SHIMADZU), I built new strategies for KOLs, created and organized market events aligned with EU standards or FDA guidance, and developed technical and commercial offers. I calculated process/margins according to business plans, visited clients across Southern Romania, and negotiated contracts while promoting consumables and turnkey solutions for medical specialties.

Earlier, as a Key Account Manager and Medical Representative, I focused on KPI-driven performance, market and competition analysis, and long-term relationships with clinics and private hospitals. I’ve developed informative materials, presented sales predictions and offers, and supported healthcare partners with presentations and participation in auctions—also serving as Team Leader across Romania, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, and Slovenia.
