What I'm looking for
I am an HR Generalist with hands-on experience in payroll administration, HR systems, onboarding and employee relations across multi-entity UK operations. I work as the first point of contact for HR queries for several hundred employees and manage payroll for multiple UK entities.
Throughout my career I have supported HR transformation and payroll transition projects, administered monthly payroll cycles, maintained HR records in line with GDPR, and delivered training and inductions across multiple sites. I also assist HR Business Partners with investigations, disciplinary hearings, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
I am CIPD member-focused on professional development and plan to start a Level 7 qualification. I bring a committed, adaptable approach to HR administration, recruitment, absence management and HR policy implementation to drive operational excellence.
