HR generalist with over four years experience of working in HR Generalist roles across different sectors.
I am an HR generalist with a background in psychology and several years' hands-on HR experience across charity, manufacturing, construction, and public-facing organisations.
I have managed end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, absence and disciplinary processes, onboarding and leavers, and produced HR analytics such as turnover and gender pay data.
I have delivered cost savings by managing recruitment internally, supported policy and process reviews, and contributed to projects including salary-structure reviews and leaver-analysis investigations. One example of this was helping one of my previous organisations to save a total amount of £36,649.36 in recruitment fees during the year 2023 (worked out at a UK industry standard recruitment agency fee of 17.5%).
I am currently progressing a CIPD Level 5 in People Management and I am keen to continue improving HR processes, supporting managers, and using data to inform people decisions.
