I manage Tier 1 HR cases, coordinate onboarding in UKG Pro and UKG Onboarding, support FMLA documentation and deadlines, investigate unemployment claims, and create SOPs, FAQs, templates, and communications that make HR processes clearer and more consistent.
Before healthcare HR, I progressed through leadership roles at Earls Kitchen + Bar, where I coached front-of-house teams, supported hiring and training, and maintained strong financial and administrative controls.
