At Rebrandly, I independently established a full HR suite for a globally dispersed team; at TeamSnap, I led a Paycor HRIS transition and multistate handbook development.
Previously, I managed the HR function for Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, supporting 400+ clinicians, leading a team of three recruiters and an HR assistant, and strengthening compliance and auditing processes. At MGA Homecare, I increased clinician hiring from four to nine per week, opened three offices, and maintained compliance for 250+ clinicians.
