I’m looking for a People Ops/Sr HR Generalist role where I can own the day-to-day HR engine—employee relations, benefits/leave, HR ops, and manager support. I bring steady judgment, discretion, and follow-through, plus a knack for simplifying processes and building manager-friendly tools. Hybrid/remote preferred.
