What I'm looking for
I am a strategic and trusted Senior HR Business Partner with over 11 years supporting fully remote and multi-state teams in regulated environments. I specialize in employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and partnering cross-functionally with Legal, HR Ops, and Talent.
I lead complex ER investigations with legal alignment, coach leaders through performance and organizational challenges, and design practical, compliant HR policies. My calm, grounded approach helps reduce risk, improve resolution processes, and strengthen managerial accountability.
I have driven HRIS transitions and policy overhauls—most notably redesigning attendance policy during a Dayforce implementation—and I support DEI initiatives including ERG relaunches and allyship programs. I serve as an HRIS SME across Workday, Dayforce, and PeopleSoft to improve data accuracy and workflows.
I am open to fully remote HRBP or Senior HR Generalist roles, contract or permanent, where sound judgment, rapid ramp-up, and partnership-focused HR leadership are valued.
