I’m looking for a remote HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role where I can own employee relations and investigations, coach managers, and bring structure to fast-moving, multi-site operations while keeping confidential work handled with discretion.

I’m a Human Resources professional with progressive experience supporting remote and multi-site teams across healthcare, hospitality, behavioral health, and clinical operations. Leaders trust me for employee relations, workplace investigations, manager coaching, onboarding, credentialing support, I-9 compliance, recruiting coordination, and confidential HR operations—especially when matters are sensitive and require discretion.

In my current Senior HR Generalist role, I partner with clinic leaders across six locations to support workplace concerns, attendance and performance documentation, corrective action, and policy-aligned next steps. Earlier, I served as an on-site HR partner at a hospitality property—handling employee relations, investigations, E-Verify and I-9 readiness, personnel file setup, and daily HR needs—then built broader HR and business office ownership as an HR Manager, including payroll support and operational coordination.
