Hi, I'm Alyson. I am actively seeking new opportunities where I can contribute my relationship-building, training, and planning skills to help companies improve the performance of their sales or customer success teams through engaging training and enablement programs. I have over 15 years of customer service experience, 7 years of sales experience, and 3 years of experience in customer success.

As a customer success pro, I helped SaaS tech companies build and manage relationships with their customers and supported customer implementation, training, and adoption efforts through extensive product knowledge and customer advocacy. Two of my biggest CS wins:

-Designed and executed a self-service pilot program for a well known pharmaceutical and CPG company that trained users on how to utilize a cloud-based sourcing and procurement platform that impacted 3000+ users, increased user engagement and project revenue.

-Built a form for a skilled nursing facility leadership to submit covid test error correction requests that reduced request via email, increased timely test corrections, and allowed facilities to stay in compliance.

I am also an entrepreneur. In 2020, I started my own wedding planning business, designing and coordinating weddings for local couples in Chicago. It's a passion of mine and a great creative outlet.
