I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate training, licensing, recruiting, compliance, and operational programs while supporting clear communication and workforce development.

At VHV Company, I coordinate training for 200+ employees across building trades, safety, project management, and leadership. I also support recruiting and administration for Vermont's largest apprenticeship program.

I work with state agencies to maintain trade board and labor compliance, while publishing the company newsletter and coordinating company-wide communications.

Previously, I managed operations for VBT and Country Walkers' travel portfolio serving 2,000+ guests annually, including vendor contracting, inventory, workflows, and accounts payable. I also built and operated Bohemienne Fitness, growing revenue through online sales, SEO, Google Ads, and marketing campaigns while hiring and mentoring instructors.
