At Small Things, I built a multi-service workforce program from the ground up, turning organizational goals into intake and referral workflows, participant resources, and outcome tracking.

I coordinated community organizations, employers, and training providers across employment, ESL, reentry, financial literacy, transportation, and related services. I also managed program logistics and workforce training, created forms and tracking tools, and adjusted processes as needs changed.

At JEVS Human Services, I monitored KPIs, documentation, audits, participant outcomes, and survey feedback to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. I also coached workforce development participants and supported program reporting, registration, and community partnerships.
