What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and strengthen people operations in a remote-first, tech-forward, mission-driven organization, with ownership across employee experience, talent, performance, policies, and practical AI-enabled workflows.

At Consensus Building Institute, I built and now run the People Operations function for a 30-person distributed team, leading hiring, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and policy development. I've cut time-to-fill by roughly a third, maintained a 90%+ offer-acceptance rate, and supported low turnover across the roles I lead.

I founded CBI's AI Task Force, authored its first remote-work policy and AI-use SOPs, and drove adoption of Claude and Gemini workflows. I bring 7+ years of HR and operations experience coordinating hybrid teams, employee relations, staff development, and multi-state stakeholder work.
