At a Global Fortune 500, I developed and coached a team of 12 recruiters, consistently exceeding 1,000 annual requisitions filled while implementing pipelining, early-talent strategies and virtual TA events to strengthen candidate flow and engagement. I led continuous improvement initiatives and voice surveys to diagnose friction and implement solutions that improved recruiter productivity and employee satisfaction.

As a co-founder and VP of North American Sales/Executive Recruitment at a boutique firm, I built client accounts from scratch across manufacturing and specialty foods, placing C-suite to manager-level leaders with an average annual fee run-rate near $800K and a placement cadence of roughly 30–32 hires per year, producing a 96% client retention rate.

I am proficient with AI-driven sourcing and matching tools (HireEZ, LinkedIn AI), CRMs/ATS (Bullhorn, Salesforce, iCIMS) and enterprise HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors), and I combine technical tools with hands-on coaching to shorten time-to-fill and improve shortlist quality.
