At Alianza Capitales, I launched Suerte Millonaria in Colombia with three regulated lottery operators, reaching 15,000+ registered users within six months in partnership with an external marketing agency. I managed the agency’s creative, ad performance, investment, and ROI reviews; the group closed the business in May 2026 after it missed return targets.
At Special Ticket, I held full P&L ownership as Business Unit Leader, and around 95% of events ran at 80%+ margins. I now own operations and commercial for a platform selling around 200,000 tickets a year, while also leading sales and partnerships at Blindspot Media and building AI tools with Claude Code. I’m also co-founder of Simple Stack, where I handle the commercial side and build landing pages and basic e-commerce sites.
