At MS Marketing, I own the end-to-end prospecting tooling stack across 15+ concurrent B2B client campaigns, from sourcing and enrichment through CRM handoff. I was promoted twice in five months, progressing from BDR to BDM to Operations Manager.

I identified manual list-building as the team’s biggest bottleneck and built Claude-based tools for every checkpoint, reducing processing time from 2–3 hours to roughly 15 minutes. I also extended automation into CRM entry and call transcription, lifting operational efficiency by 75% while reducing manual data-entry errors.

I rebuild outreach scripts and targeting logic by systematically analysing what is not converting, increasing qualified meeting bookings from 0–1 to 5–12 per week and improving client retention from 65% to 81%. I administer Pipedrive and JustCall across client accounts to maintain accurate, real-time pipeline visibility.

Earlier, I managed a 600+ member Anytime Fitness branch and a seven-person team, generating $65K–$75K in annual recurring revenue through corporate wellness partnerships. I hold a Bachelor of Information Sciences in Computer Science with a Finance minor and have built a FastAPI application using Python, Docker, REST APIs, and asynchronous external API calls.
