Alan Rivera

I am a hands-on IT and customer support specialist with experience across technical support, retail sales, and warehouse operations. I combine direct device troubleshooting, customer communication, and practical installation work to resolve issues efficiently and keep operations moving.

In customer-facing roles I’ve handled phone tech support, SIM activation, sales, and device setup, and I have delivered technical help both remotely and in person. I’ve also worked in retail computer sales and led repair efforts for PCs and mobile devices.

On the operations side I’ve supported shipping and receiving, forklift operation, route dispatching, and inventory management, improving throughput and accuracy in busy environments. I’ve assisted on fire alarm installations and run cabling and lifts for technicians, demonstrating comfort with physical and technical tasks.

I bring bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, a practical knowledge of networking and systems (including Windows, VMware, VPNs, and cabling), and a customer-first approach. I’m ready to contribute to technical support, field service, or operations teams that value reliable, hands-on problem solvers.
