I’m a Customer Experience and Sales Development professional focused on lead generation, client relationship management, and issue resolution in remote, fast-paced environments. I work to exceed performance targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
At TRUE.ORG Cloud, I engage prospects to introduce Microsoft cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure), research and qualify new business opportunities, and convert prospects into sales-qualified leads by scheduling demos and meetings with Account Executives. I also run outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings while refining sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed targets.
