I am a bubbly and friendly person who has 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and who loves helping others. I am natural at customer service and enjoy interacting with people of all ages.

As a CSR, I enjoy assisting customers with their needs and ensuring they have a positive experience because I understand Customer service means going above and beyond to keep the customer happy. I am polite and patient, even when dealing with escalations and I have excellent communication skills to be able to explain complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.

In addition to My customer service skills, I am also a great problem solver. I embed empathy into any complaints process to turn distressed into delight. I am always looking for ways to improve My skills and learn new things, which makes me a valuable asset to any team.

Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with My friends, going to the park, and spending time with My family. I am excited to continue My career in customer service and look forward to helping people for many years to come.
