I am a goal-oriented individual with experience in customer service and customer relationship management. Throughout my career, I have provided empathetic support to a wide range of clients, identifying and resolving diverse issues. I have also excelled in onboarding and subscription services, ensuring a seamless customer service experience throughout the customer's life cycle.
In addition to my customer service experience, I have delved into entrepreneurship as a marketing/content strategist and operations manager. In this role, I single-handedly ran the day-to-day operations of the business, managing orders, interacting with product suppliers, and creating content that generated leads and drove sales.
