Ahmed Sani

As a Contact Centre Brand Ambassador for the Electricity Company of Ghana, I managed inbound calls, chats, and emails, troubleshooting problems and providing solutions to customers. I logged customer issues, escalated complex cases to high-level management, and handled communications in English, Twi, and Hausa.

I worked as a Retail/Wholesale Sales Person and Claims Officer, managing inventory, incoming/outgoing calls, and emails. I also assisted in administering medication and ensured timely submission of pharmacy claims to private health insurance companies.

I served as a Teaching Assistant, instructing students in Religious and Moral Education (R.M.E) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). I also supported school administration with typing and printing examination questions and facilitated sports activities as a Physical Education teacher.

I was responsible for offloading goods from containers, organizing them for shipment, and delivering them to clients' doorsteps. Additionally, I assisted with repairing and maintaining company computers and office peripherals, and helped with stock-taking of customer shipments.

Completed a Diploma in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Network Administration. Gained expertise in managing and maintaining computer networks.

Completed the West African Senior School Certificate Examination with a focus on Visual Art. Developed skills in various artistic disciplines.

Completed the Basic Education Certificate Examination. Gained foundational knowledge across various subjects.
