For the past four years, I’ve handled high-volume customer support and administrative work at LiveWell Savings Center, managing 100–120 daily interactions about subscriptions, billing, healthcare benefits, and account access.
I’ve used Administration123 and CRM systems to document cases, investigate account and payment issues, and make sure follow-ups are accurate so customers can restore service and access benefits quickly.
Before that, at Diabetic Pharmaceutical Care, I led a sales and customer service team, coached on sales techniques and objection handling, and resolved complex inquiries and escalations to improve satisfaction and retention.
