I’m looking for a customer-focused banking or service role where I can use Finacle, CRM, and KYC/AML expertise to resolve complex issues, improve onboarding speed, and raise customer satisfaction—while growing into stronger customer experience operations.

At Fidelity Bank Plc, I serve as a first-point-of-contact within the Customer Service Unit, processing Account Opening Packages with strict KYC/AML adherence. I use Finacle 10 for daily operations and transaction processing, while leveraging CRM tools to document interactions, analyze customer needs, and proactively cross-sell relevant products.
