I’m a results-driven Customer Service Representative with 4 years of customer support experience. I manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve complaints, and handle CRM systems while keeping service quality consistent.
In my current role, I execute 60–80 outbound calls daily to support NPS surveys, follow-ups, onboarding engagement, and retention initiatives. I also handle inbound inquiries, escalate complex issues, and coordinate onboarding calls and post-service feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Previously, as a Patient Service Representative, I received and resolved 20–30 inbound patient and HMO calls daily, including eligibility questions and appointment scheduling. I managed pre-authorizations, maintained accurate EMR records, and collaborated with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders to reduce delays.
I’ve also worked as a Cold Caller, scheduling screenings and research appointments, performing initial eligibility checks, and updating participant records in a CRM. I’m remote-ready with stable high-speed internet, a dedicated workspace, and full availability for EST/WAT timezone overlap.
