I’m looking for a customer support or call centre role where I can manage high-volume enquiries, maintain accurate CRM records, and contribute to customer retention—ideally with clear processes, training, and room to grow.

I’m an administrative and customer support professional with over 10 years of experience across call centre operations, telesales, healthcare support, front office administration, and client service environments. I handle inbound and outbound customer communication, appointment scheduling, CRM management, and sales support while keeping accurate records and resolving issues quickly.

In my most recent role as a Call Centre Inbound Call Centre Agent, I support diabetic supply reorders and prescription updates in a US medical environment—updating customer records and order history in CRM and patient systems, resolving billing and delayed delivery concerns, and following HIPAA and call handling procedures. Previously, as an Outbound Call Agent & Telesales Executive, I drove cold outreach across the UK and Ireland for foreign exchange and currency transfer services, maintained CRM-based sales activity and purchase histories, and supported conversion through follow-ups, quotations, and post-sale support.
