At HP, I run 15 transformation and sustainability projects across 18 APJ countries, governing a US$2.5M annual budget and 57 vendor partners. I built an AI-powered PMO command center, automated finance workflows, and replaced country spreadsheets with Power BI reporting that cut monthly reporting from 10 days to 5.

Previously at Orica, I delivered five end-to-end automations that removed US$335K in annual labor and rework costs, built same-day executive reporting, and established a 300-seat offshore operation across two countries. My work spans technology, industrial services, telecommunications, BPO, shared services, and sustainability programs.

I also build practical AI systems—from support triage and document processing to ESG, logistics, and finance control towers—guided by a simple principle: automate the routine, escalate the exception.
