I'm looking to lead digital transformation, change, product strategy, and delivery programmes where I can align teams, operating models, and stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

I've led multi-year digital transformation, change management, and product delivery programmes across APAC, including complex engagements at Alumni Consulting Services, Meta, Via, and Concentrix Tigerspike.

At Meta, I scaled APAC partner operations for more than 4,000 creators, reduced manual processes by 40%, and cut reporting analysis time by 50%. At Via, I established the Singapore delivery model for a multi-million-dollar on-demand transport project, coordinating a 20+ person global team.

I bring product strategy and go-to-market experience from T-Mobile, Orange, Sky TV, and TalkTalk, where I owned products serving more than 10 million UK mobile customers.
