I’m looking to lead AI-enabled workflow automation and platform modernisation, bridging business goals to pragmatic architecture and delivery governance—so teams achieve measurable operational improvement with responsible, human-in-the-loop adoption.

I’m a Singapore-based technology transformation leader with 20+ years of software engineering experience and 10+ years in engineering leadership, architecture, delivery management, program execution, and operational improvement. I’ve built and led distributed teams, delivered cloud-native platforms, and turned ambiguous business needs into practical architectures, delivery plans, and measurable operating gains.

Over the years, I’ve delivered major outcomes like Artstash, a cloud-native digital asset management platform integrated with Adobe After Effects and Unreal Engine workflows, within roughly two years. I also conceived and drove the Creative Pitch Deck Builder, improving creative workflow efficiency by around 40% while enabling structured data capture for future AI-assisted workflows.

My current direction spans AI deployment, AI-enabled workflow design, agentic systems, platform modernisation, and digital transformation—focused on practical adoption rather than hype. I founded and lead Syntech Consulting to help organisations modernise systems, adopt scalable digital and AI-enabled operating models, and convert operational pain points into responsible, measurable automation; I’m also currently enrolled in the Specialist Diploma in AI Solutions Development at Temasek Polytechnic.
