I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Support and Sales professional with experience in customer service, digital support, and client relationship management. I focus on resolving customer issues, identifying client needs, and delivering positive customer experiences across digital channels.

In customer support roles, I assisted customers through digital communication channels, managed customer information using CRM and internal databases, and used call center software to track and follow up on customer cases. I resolved inquiries while meeting quality and productivity goals, and I supported customers by identifying needs and recommending suitable products to drive customer satisfaction.

I also bring a background in graphic design and visual arts—designing logos, branding materials, and visual identities, and producing visual assets for social media and marketing. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts and I’m available for full-time remote opportunities, where I can combine strong communication with creativity for remote teams.
