I’m a results-driven Sales Representative with over 3 years of experience in customer engagement, sales, relationship building, and client support. I’m skilled at identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, handling objections, and building long-term customer relationships.

In my Sales Representative role (March 2022 – December 2023), I assisted customers in selecting products matching their needs, responded promptly to inquiries, resolved concerns, and promoted products through upselling. I also maintained accurate customer and sales records while building strong customer relationships.

Since January 2024, I’ve been working as a Freelance Digital Contractor & Customer Support Specialist (Remote), delivering customer support through chat and email. I conduct internet research, manage data accurately, produce customer-focused content, and manage multiple remote projects—supporting customers and contributing to business growth with strong communication and time management.
