In my current role, I handle customer queries through live chat support for Flipkart’s domestic customers. I resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, deliveries, and payment, providing real-time assistance while ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality scores.

I’ve also worked as a Business Development Associate (Sales), managing personal loan sales through customer acquisition and relationship management. Earlier, I supported consumer complaints and installation requests in the Pune region by assigning service requests to technicians and ensuring resolution within 6-hour TAT, and I continue strengthening my analytics capability through client request and data visualization simulations.
