I’m a results-driven education and campus operations leader with 5.5 years of experience across business school leadership, K–12 administration, and corporate operations. I focus on building end-to-end institutional frameworks—from concept to daily operations—while keeping student experience and compliance at the center.

As the Head of Campus Life, Events & Industry Outreach (Founding Team) at Nexis School of Business, I architected campuslife and administrative frameworks, achieving 97% KPI rating for operational readiness. I also designed the inaugural academic calendar and delivered Marketing lectures for BBA students.

At South Point School, I led the operational launch of the South Point Play School, reaching a 90% KPI rating for infrastructure setup and vendor onboarding. I managed daily operations for an 800+ student campus, streamlined reporting protocols to reduce processing delays by 25%, and ran high-impact campus events for four consecutive years.

I bring a strong, practical operating style: 100% audit readiness through confident records management, full MoU lifecycle ownership from outreach to execution, and student welfare oversight including PG accommodation, medical support, and canteen operations.
